Therefore, this study aims to propose an alternative that can cultivate cultural communication skills and cross-cultural sensitivity. \nIn this study, the concept of `cultural understanding' refers to the development of cross-cultural sensitivity in society, based on the practice of Education for Sustainable Development. The method used to develop cultural understanding was cultural exchanges through videoconferencing.
