Therefore, this study aims to propose an\nalternative that can cultivate cultural communication skills and cross-cultural\nsensitivity. \n\\nIn this study, the concept of `cultural understanding' refers to the development of\ncross-cultural sensitivity in society, based on the practice of Education for Sustainable\nDevelopment. The method used to develop cultural understanding was cultural\nexchanges through videoconferencing.
