The participants were divided into four\ngroups with five or six faculty members in each. Everybody freely wrote their pro and\ncon opinions on to teach in English and not to teach in English using Post-it and pasted\nthem on large white papers without questions and arguments.\n　There are four categories: 1. Opportunities & merits of teaching in English, 2.\nDemerits & risks of not teaching in English, 3. Demerits & risks of teaching in English\nand 4. Opportunities and merits of not teaching in English. The contents of each\ncategory were classified under subtopics and listed in this report.
