It is for those with capability and volition in any country. Thus, an extreme egalitarianism will only give those who lack proper capability an agony and those who are blessed with capacity and willpower dissatisfaction and frustration. Internationalization of university education has been propagated for some time. Nonetheless, educating global personnel at a university must start with a group of students of an appropriate size for the university. In addition, it must apply efficient management of educational resources over the fences among faculties and center s on  campus.
