This paper reports the result of field study program conducted in Vietnam by the Center for International Education and Research, Mie University. The paper analyzed how the students' perception has been changed after participating in the program in terms of the personal qualities required to be a global human resources. The paper then examined what factors of the program significantly have affected those perception changes.
