Although the travel period are not long enough, they experienced miscellaneous kinds of things, looked a lot of things and showed the significant growth in terms of how to overcome culture shock, getting intercutlural sensitivity and intercultural competence, how to take new culture and so on during the travel. They talked in the interview that they had to think a lots about themselves through the travel experiences especially various kinds of interpersonal exchanges. Thus, it is suggested that intercultural experiencc develop personal growth as well as attitude toward intercultural understanding.},
