{"created":"2023-06-19T11:39:47.321964+00:00","id":7965,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"de81aacb-3f5b-4f8e-a645-641af66b983a"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"7965","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"7965"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00007965","sets":["334:627:628"]},"author_link":["19318"],"control_number":"7965","item_8_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1996-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_8_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成6年度は、昨年度よりの高インスリン血症及び高アンドロゲン血症を合併するPCO患者インスリン受容体遺伝子の解析に加え、さらにインスリン抵抗性の発現のメカニズムおよび卵巣顆粒膜細胞及び莢膜細胞の初代培養系を用いて糖代謝関連蛋白質とその機能との関連につき検討した。高インスリン血症及び高アンドロゲン血症を合併するPCO患者のリンパ球よりgenomicDNAを抽出し、正常ヒトgenimicDNAを対象としてPCR-SSCP法により変異の有無をスクリ-ニングし、dideoxy法により塩基配列を決定した。さらに、卵巣顆粒膜細胞及び莢膜細胞の初代培養系を用いてインスリン、IGF-1,IGF-2、およびテストステロンのその機能に与える影響を検討した。性ステロイド合成に関する指標として、P450OSCC,aromatase,3bete-HSD,Sterol carrier proteinまた排卵に関する指標としてplasminogen
