WTそれぞれ16匹について心機能を解析すると拡張末期径、左室拡張末期圧はノックアウトの方が有意に低く、テネイシンCがない方が心機能の改善が良好であった。梗塞巣の大きさには差は見られなかった。これは、急性心筋梗塞後テネイシンCが高い患者では6ヶ月後に心室リモデリングをおこす頻度が高く、慢性期の心機能回復が不良で予後が悪いという我々の最近の結果と一致した。\nさらに、CAGプロモーターとマウステネイシンC遺伝子の間にloxではさんだstopを挿入したトランスジェニックマウスを作成し、α-myosin heavy chain(αMHC)プロモーターCrePRIマウスと交配してテネイシンCの心臓での過剰発現を試みた。理論的には、このマウスではタモキシフェン投与によりαMHCを発現させ、Cre
