 note = {application/pdf, 高齢者が終末期を過ごす場所は、介護保険制度の成立とともに多様になりつつあり、どこで最期を迎えることを選択したとしても終末期ケアの質が問われる状態となっている。本研究では、その人らしい終末期ケアに多大な影響を及ぼすと考えられる、介護保険にかかわる施設(A県内の介護老人福祉施設・介護老人保健施設・認知症グループホーム)に勤務する、看護・介護職員の認識に焦点をあて、現状の把握及び課題の抽出を行った。さらに課題への具体的な働きかけとして、希望のあった認知症グループホームにおいて事例を通した終末期ケア経験の振り返りを行い、その効果を検討した。Living facilities for end-of-life care of elderly individuals are varying under the Nursing Care Insurance System. The quality of end-of-life care, therefore, is always questioned wherever the elderly choose to spend the rest of their lives.In this study, we focused on the level of awareness of nursing and care staff working in nursing care facilities (welfare and healthcare facilities for the elderly and group homes for the elderly with dementia in A prefecture) under the insurance system, which may have a significant influence on the appropriate end-of-life care for each elderly individual. We tried to understand the current situation of these facilities and identify the problems. As a practical approach to the problems, the experiences of nursing and care staff providing end-of-life care in the requested group homes for elderly persons with dementia were reviewed for cases of death, and the benefits from such experiences were evaluated., 平成19~21年度科学研究費補助金(若手研究（B）)研究成果報告書, 19791752},
