 note = {application/pdf, 本研究では、二次性下肢リンパ浮腫患者への効果的介入方法の検討をおこなった。下肢リンパ浮腫患者が、その結果、以下のことが示唆された。QOLを維持し満足のいく生活を送るためには、入院中から退院後まで看護師や医師などの医療従事者が連携した継続的な介入が必要不可欠である。入院中にリンパ浮腫発症の危険性を認識し、退院後、リンパ浮腫外来で患者の病状や背景を考慮した個別性のある専門的看護介入を行うことで、患者は知識・セルフケアを獲得、実施することができ、QOLの維持向上につながる。, The author investigated efficient therapeutic approaches and quality of life (QOL) on patients with secondary lymphoedema on their legs caused by gynecological surgery for malignant tumors. The results suggested that multidisciplinary continuous concerning to each patient from the admission to the out-patient department brought successful symptomatic control and coping with their condition.
