 note = {application/pdf, 1.膵癌患者18名（男性10名、女性8名）、2.膵癌患者をケア対象とする看護師10名（女性10名）であった。1.闘病体験を記すために膵癌患者へのインタビューを行った。①化学放射線療法開始時、②化学放射線療法終了時、③手術終了時の3回インタビューを行った。当初の予定では１人の参加者に3回インタビューを行う予定であった。しかし、アプローチできた時期が手術終了後であったり、途中で治療が終了したりし、1回で終了した場合もあった。そのため参加人数は当初予定より増やし、18名へのインタビューを終えた。現在分析中である。2.膵癌患者への看護支援を記すために膵癌患者をケア対象とする看護師へインタビューを行った。10名のインタビューを終え、分析を行った。その結果を「大学病院で入院治療する膵癌患者に対する看護ケア」というテーマで、平成25年2月日本がん看護学会にて発表した。参加者からのフィードバックも重ね論文作成中。, 1.There were pancreatic cancer patients=18(men=10,females=8).2.There were nurse=10(females=10). 1.I interviewed patients for writing experiences of disease. These time were ①before start of Chemo-Radiotherapy ②before end of Chemo-Radiotherapy ③end of Operation. I interviewed number of 18. Because I could meet some patients at end of Operation, some patients could not finish there therapy or some patients afforded me one time. Now I am analyzing. 2.I interviewed nurses for clarifying way of care to pancreatic cancer patients.
