Thus, to develop a novel treatment is necessary. Our previous studies show that poliovirus has strong anti-neuroblastoma effects both in vitro and in vivo, and anti-neuroblastoma immune response was induced in neuroblastoma cured mice. In accordance with these findings, we started phase 1 clinical trial for relapse and refractory neuroblastoma patients.
