{"created":"2023-06-19T11:39:54.084700+00:00","id":8124,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"bfce04f7-b6ac-4bc8-8fcd-017f8cfed171"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"8124","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"8124"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mie-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00008124","sets":["631:636:1692684571221"]},"author_link":[],"item_8_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-05-16","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_8_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"HER2陽性乳癌患者において、抗HER2モノクローナル抗体であるTrastuzumabを投与することで、HER2特異的細胞性免疫応答がされるかどうか検証した。患者末梢血中に、HER2特異的細胞障害性CD8陽性T細胞が誘導されるかどうかテトラマーアッセイとELISPOTアッセイを用いて検討した。進行乳癌患者においては、trastuzumab投与後にHER2特異的CD8陽性T細胞をテトラマーアッセイにて検出する症例があった。しかしながら原発腫瘍の根治手術後、術後trastuzumab療法後においては検出困難であった。原発腫瘍の摘出後であるため、腫瘍量が少ないことからHER2特異的CD8+T細胞の誘導が検出できない可能性があった。しかしながら技術的な問題点として、HLA-A2402に拘束されるHER2エピトープの検出力が低いことが挙げられた。We have investigated whether HER2-specific cellular immunity could be induced after trastuzumab therapy in HER2-positive breast cancer patients. We analyzed the induction of HER2 specific CD8+T cells before and after trastuzumab therapy by tetramer assay and ELISPOT assay. HER2p369 specific CD8+T cells after trastuzumab were detected in only HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer patients.
