 note = {application/pdf, 今回、我々は、新たに開発したペプチド解析プラットフォームを用いて、早期発見が困難とされる膵癌患者の血清中に特異的にみられるペプチドを網羅的に解析した。その結果、膵癌患者に特異的に増加したり、減少したりするペプチドを多数同定した。同定されたペプチドは、病態疾患ペプチドームを形成していると考えられる。今後、プロテオミクス解析を用いて、さらなる診断マーカーの開発や病態解明が発展することが期待される。, We have found many fragments of peptides that determine the development of pancreatic cancer. Among them, we identified and focused on increase or decrease of the special fragments. These findings are very useful for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancers.
