Solid phase was obtained by the photochemical reaction of ultraviolet light, which was analyzed by EPMA, TEM, FT-IR and XPS. (1)It was photo-polymerized compound of carbon and sulfur rather than a mere mixture of products of photolis. (2)It was nano-crystalline or almost amorphous.
