A gradual increase of |r_p/r_s|(=p) has been observed with the increase in surface roughness at a higher angle than θ_B and gradual decrease at lower angle than θ_B, where θ_B is the pseudo-Brewster's angle. Though HEM models do not explain the roughness effect on optical properties, MEM model and GDL model show good explanations for the optical effects from rough metal surface, when Δd<<λ.}, pages = {4890--4896}, title = {表面粗さを含む金属表面層の光学的性質に対する有効媒質近似および長波長近似の妥当性}, volume = {65}, year = {1999} }
