The thermal dilatation data of aluminum showed good agreement with this calculated value. The calculated results under very high pressure and high temperature environment were compared with NaCl scale by a newly designed X-ray diffraction system with a LiF monochrometer at the receiving slit. Both scales just fitted within an error range.
