As a result, the drying shrinkage of porous concrete occurs much faster than that of normal concrete. It was also found out that the final amount of drying shrinkage of porous concrete is smaller than that of normal concrete. In addition, such tendency was more obvious when void ratio became bigger. Based on the experimental result, the prediction equation of drying shrinkage of porous concrete was inferred where the water cement ratio and void ratio are being considered.
