本研究は医療および医学に関係する近世文芸を対象とした。研究成果の一つ目は重要な資料の翻刻である。『当世医者風流解』初編・二編と『笑談医者質気』の翻刻と解題作成を行った。二つ目は文学作品の中での医者や医療関係の用例をジャンルごとに全集や事典や研究書を援用しつつ大規模に収集し、「医学関連作品年表」を作成したことである。三つ目は竹斎物を中心とした近世医学小説の紹介である。仮名草子『竹斎』とその影響を受けた作品を竹斎物と定義し、関係した13点について梗概を中心とした解題を記した。
This study intended for early modern times literary arts to be related to medical care and medicine. It is the reprint of the document that the first is important of results of research. I performed the "Tosei Isya Furige" first volume, two parts and a reprint and explanatory notes making of "Shodan Isya Katagi". The second collects the doctor in the literary work and medical care-related examples on a large scale while quoting the complete works and an encyclopedia and a monograph every genre and is to have made " Chronological table of early modern times literary arts and medicine ". The third is an introduction of the medical novel in the early modern times around “Tikusai series”. I defined story book in "Tikusai" and the affected work as “Tikusai series” and wrote down the explanatory notes mainly on the summary about 13 points related to.
