Kii ALS/PDC患者５名の血液検体を用いて、疾患特異的iPS細胞を樹立した。各症例間でT細胞やiPSCの樹立効率・増殖速度は異なっていた。今後、神経系解析に用いるiPSCクローンの選抜を進め、各種神経細胞やグリア細胞といった神経系細胞への分化誘導を行い、病態の解明や新たな治療に迫る検討を行っていく。 |

Disease-specific iPS cells have been established from T cells derived from the five patients with Kii ALS/PDC. The efficiency of establishment and speed of proliferation were different among cases. We are going to select iPSC clones for differentiation to neuronal cells and glia cells, and analyze them to reveal pathology and create a new treatment for Kii ALS/PDC. |
