| 内容記述 | This paper aims to analyze the difference of the usage of "-saseru" and "-temorau" sentences, focusing on the causative expression that appears in drama scenario books, and we concluded as follows. （1）We divided "-saseru" expressions into "induced" and "permissive" referring to the previous studies, and we pointed out that only "volitiontype induced" among "induced" is compatible with "-temorau". （2）Regarding the compatibility of "-saseru" with "-temorau", we pointed out that "-saseru" is preferred only when the causer compels the causee to perform an act, while "-temorau" is chosen in the other cases. This is because the use of "-saseru" may imply the meaning of coercion even if there is no such meaning, which then could give the impression of arrogance. | |||||||||||||||||
