| 内容記述 | Arcyria denudata is a common developed worldwide. This spesies is an interesting one because of its variations in morphological structure. 194 collections developed in Japan are used for a morphological examination; including and a measurement of its diameter by a light microscope and scanning electron microscope. The Standard deviation and the Varuiation coefficient as well as other factors are calculated to compare with specimens developed in other countries. As this result, it has become clear that the minimum diameter of a spore is 5.33 μm, the maximum is 7.51μm, the average of the whole group of specimens is 6.36μm,Standard deviation is 0.4166 and Variation coefficient is ±0.0655. The average diameter in the entire test series is 5.94-6.78μm. It has been reported that the diameter of a spore developed in Japan is slightly smaller than the reported size of a spore developed in other countries. The spore has many fine warts on the surface. The size and numbers of these warts on the surface are defferent from a spore developed in other dountries.@@@Arcyria denudataは世界各地でごくふつうにみられる種であるが、その胞子囊とその内部形態に変化が大きく分類学的に興味ある種である。本研究では日本各地で採集された本種の194標本の胞子について、光学顕微鏡を用いてその形態的観察と大きさの測定を行なった。この結果、胞子は球形でその直径の最小は5.33μm、最大は7.51μm、総数の平均は6.36μmであった。標準偏差は0.4166、変異係数は0.0655であり、胞子の直径の平均巾は5.94-6.78μmであった。これらの結果から、日本産の本種の胞子の大きさは世界各地で産するものと比較してわずかに小さいことがわかった。また、標本個体により大きさにかなりの差があることがわかった。走査型電子顕微鏡による観察では、胞子表面に一様に多くの微小ないぼ状突起があったが、欧州産のものとはこの突起の大きさと数に差があることが確認された。 | |||||||||
