| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、三重県がん相談支援センターに来談した在宅で過ごすがん患者ならび家族の抱える困難について、その実態を把握し、分析することである。すなわち、相談内容を分析することにより、現状や課題、患者・家族の療養に関する希望や期待をとらえることである。さらに、とらえた内容を基に、がん相談支援センターおよび看護職者の役割を考察した。 がん相談支援センターに来談したがん患者は４名と、家族3名の計7名を対象に行ったインタビューから、患者・家族が抱える困難を分析した。その結果、がん患者は、【がんによって変化を余儀なくされた】【医療施設、医療者に対する不満】【治療に関する悩みや不安】【がん情報が不足しているので安寧に過ごせない】【がんに罹患したことによる精神的苦痛】【今後起こりうる身体症状に対する不安】【がんに罹患したことによる孤独感】【経済的問題】【身体的苦痛】の9つの困難を抱えていた。一方、来談した家族は、【治療に関する悩みや不安】【がん情報が不足しているので安寧に過ごせない】【がんによって変化を余儀なくされた】【家族ががんになった戸惑い】【医療者に対する不満】【経済的問題】の6つの困難を抱えていた。 さらに、来談したがん患者および家族に、今後の療養に関する希望と期待についてインタビューをした結果、地域で過ごすためには、【相談支援体制の充実】【在宅支援の整備】【医療体制の整備】【患者会の整備】の4つの希望と期待を持っていることを確認した。これらのことから、がん相談支援センターにおける看護職者の役割として、「生きることへの支援」「病期別のサポート」「コミュニティづくり」「家族の支援」が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study is to clarify the problems of cancer patients and their families in Mie Prefecture. This was to gather their facing difficulties and needs from interviewing them at Mie Cancer Support Center (MCSC), and to analyze the interview data. Consequently, the roles of nurses and other staff at MCSC for supporting them would be found. The subjects were four cancer patients and three families. The researcher interviewed them and analyzed the data qualitatively with the supervisors for this research. The patients had nine different types of problems, i.e.【 Unacceptable changes by cancer】【Complaints to medical facilities and staff】【Troubles and anxiety with treatment】【Anxiety due to lack of information about cancers】【Suffering from having cancer】【Anxiety with physical symptoms which will be appeared】【Loneliness by having cancer】【Financial problems】【Physical pain】. The families of cancer patients had six different types of difficulties, i.e.【Troubles and anxiety with treatment】【Anxiety due to lack of information about cancers】【Unacceptable changes by cancer】【Confusion having cancer patient at home】【Complaints about medical facilities and staff】【Financial problems】. Furthermore, both of the patients and their families had four needs relating to their future living with cancer, i.e.【Strengthening support system】【Equipping home care service】【Improving the health care system】【Preparing for patients peer support group】. It was suggested that nurse’s role were 【Support patients for their living】【Support Patient care differently according to the stage of cancer】【Support for Community network】and 【Support for patients’ families】at MCSC. |
