内容記述 | The effects of the spatial and temporal coherence of electron beam on the weak object transfer function have been experimentally investigated by examining the defocus dependence of the optical diffractogram from a single astigmatic image of a thin amorphous canbon film. A practical method for determining simultaneously both the spatial and temporal coherence functions due to the finite source size and the defocus spread is described. The actual forms of these functions were revealed. The semiangle of the illmination and the energy spread halfwidth, assuming that the source and the energy spread have a Gaussian distribution, were found to be (1.53±0.01)×<special>10-4</special> rad and 2.12±0.03 eV, respectively. | |||||
