| 内容記述 | 本研究は、カナダの三つの州を事例とし、「21世紀型スキル」の学校教育における受容について、その内容や教育課程上の位置づけ、構築過程を通して、カナダにおける「21世紀型スキル」の受容とその特徴として、次の三点を明らかした。 第一に、各州で示された「21世紀型スキル」には、個人の理解や幸福について考えるためのコンピテンシーがいずれも含まれているという特徴が明らかになった。第二に、教育課程においては、学習の基盤を支えるものとして位置づけられていることが明らかになった。第三に、「21世紀型スキル」の内容の構築過程については、市民や関係機関との「対話」と「熟慮」を基盤に進められた。 |

| 内容記述 | This research investigates how “21st Century Skills” are defined and how it is constructed in three provinces in Canada. Firstly, it contains attitudes focusing on personal growth and well-being as well as other skills and attitudes such as communication and thinking skills. Secondly, “21st Century Skills”, it is called “competencies” in British Columbia, “ core competencies” in Alberta, and “21st century competencies” in Ontario, is combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes which apply within and across all subjects. Thirdly, on the process of identifying and defining “21st Century Skills”, each province had opportunities to have dialogue with not only with teachers and educational administrators, but also citizens with various cultural and societal background. | |||||||||||
