| 内容記述 | Individuals can make the greatest contribution to changes in human disease structure by reviewing their living environment, which reduces the burden on the natural environment, but nursing students are less aware of relationship between environment and health issues. In order to build awareness of environmental issues, it is important to make them interested in it. Therefore, from three nursing viewpoints such as eating, breathing and wearing (touching the skin), three points will be described in this document; such as “how neonicotinoid compounds affect human health”, “how pyrethroid insecticides, quaternary ammonium salts and isocyanates affect human health” and “how synthesis surfactant affect skin barrier structure”. Learning about the connection between the environment and health and working on improving the environment is also about thinking about the past and future of humanity. Investigating the environmental factors that have caused illness from nursing subjects together with the subjects leads to real life activity support as a nursing staff. |

| 内容記述 | 人類の疾病構造の異変に対して個人が最大に寄与できることは，生活環境を見直すことであり，それが自然環境への負荷の軽減となるが，看護学生の環境と健康問題の関連意識は薄い．環境問題に対する認識を形成していく上では，関心を持つことが重要である． そこで，食べる，呼吸する，着用する（肌に触れる）という３つの看護学の視点から，①ネオニコチノイド化合物による健康影響，②ピレスロイド系殺虫剤，第4アンモニウム塩，イソシアネートによる健康影響，③合成界面活性剤による皮膚バリア構造への影響について述べた． 環境と健康のつながりを学び，環境改善に取り組むことは，人類の過去と未来を考えることでもある．看護の対象者から病いを引き出してしまった環境要因を，対象者と共に探ることが，看護職としての真の生活行動援助につながる． |
