Mothers promote attachment with their infants and are aware of their growth through their interaction. However, it is difficult to promote attachment between fathers and infants, although fathers use all five senses to bond to infants, they generally have fewer opportunities for childcare than mothers. Most existing studies on psychology, experience, and nursing care of fathers with infants in the NICU, have not classified infant states, therefore, this study used the following breakdown: fetal stage, hospitalization (acute stage and recovery stage), and post discharge. We categorized the psychology, experience, and nursing care of the fathers and conducted a literature review to understand the nursing care component. In fact, fathers exhibited ambivalent psychologies and some experiences related to infant states. Nurses provided assistance for fathers in caring for their infant according to their psychologies, but this assistance revealed nurses' low consciousness about father-infant relationships. Therefore, we must verify timing and nursing care for fathers according to infant states and stages; as well as consider the training of nurses to help them become aware of their roles in helping fathers. |

母親が自らの体験をとおして胎児や子どもの成長を自覚しつつ子どもとの愛着を形成する一方で，父親は五感で児を感じ取って愛着を形成していく．NICU入院中の児の父親は母親よりも児と接触できる機会が少なく，看護者による育児指導も少ないため父子間の愛着形成は困難である．これまでにNICUに入院した児の父親の心理状態，経験，看護ケアに分類した文献検討はみられたが，児の状態別に分類した検討はされていなかった．今回，児の状態を出生前，入院中（急性期・回復期），退院後の時期に分類し，父親の心理状態，経験，看護ケアを分析し，看護実践に活かしたいと考え文献検討に取り組んだ．その結果、父親は児の状態に応じてアンビバレントな心理状態にあり，様々な経験をし，その中で看護者は父親の心理状態に応じた看護ケアを行っていた．一方で，看護者の父親への関わりの意識の低さの課題も明らかになった．今後は，児の状態や時期に応じた父親への看護ケアのタイミングや内容の検証，看護者が父親の役割意識を高めていけるような看護者の教育内容を検討する必要がある. |
