| 内容記述 | The objective of this study was to develop a programmatic approach to strengthening the resilience of children with congenital heart disease aimed at their parents, who are an important element in strengthening the children’s resilience. In this paper, we report on the process of program development. Based on the component elements of resilience in the face of illness elucidated in a previous study, the ability to independently understand their illness and to exhibit a positive attitude in their behavior were established as the main points of the program. The program was created based on the results of an analysis of a survey on the views of parents regarding the independence of their child with congenital heart disease and what was needed to support their independence. The results of a literature review also were used in creating the program. The theme of the first part of the program was, “Thinking about what we can do as parents to help our children understand their illness.” The theme of the second part was, “Thinking about what we can do as parents to help our children show a positive attitude in their behavior.” The program consisted of lectures and group work. The two parts of the program were implemented with the assistance of four chapters of a patient advocacy group. The effectiveness of the program will be comprehensively evaluated by conducting questionnaires and interview surveys of the parents and children. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究は，先天性心疾患児の「レジリエンス」強化に関わる重要な要素である親を対象として，レジリエンスを強化するためのプログラムを開発することを目的とする．本稿では，プログラム開発のプロセスについて報告する． プログラムでは，先行研究で明らかになった「病気体験に関連したレジリエンス」の構成要素である【自分で病気を理解できる】と【前向きに考え行動する】を目指すこととした．さらに，親の自立に対する考え方，自立支援に対するニーズ調査を実施し，文献検討結果を参考にプログラムを作成した． プログラムのテーマは，第1回「考えよう！子どもが病気を理解するために親としてできること」，第2回「考えよう！子どもが前向きに考え行動するために親としてできること」とし，講義とグループワークで構成した．2回のプログラムを患者会4支部の協力を得て実施した．プログラムの評価は，親と子どもを対象に，アンケート調査，インタビュー調査を実施し，総合的に評価することとした． |
