| 内容記述 | 膵頭十二指腸切除後の①残膵体積、②膵切除標本の膵実質割合・脂肪変性の割合は、膵外分泌機能を反映していた。残膵体積30ml未満の症例では膵外分泌機能不全となる可能性が高く、膵切除標本の膵実質割合が低く、脂肪変性の割合の高い症例も膵外分泌機能不全の高リスク群であった。一方、残膵体積や術後膵管拡張といった膵の形態学的情報では、膵内分泌不全を予測することができなかった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Postoperative exocrine function after pancreaticoduodenectomy could be predicted by the remnant pancreatic volume and rates of pancreatic acinus and fatty change in the pancreatic cut-off stump of the resected specimen. Especially, patients with the remnant pancreatic volume of less than 30ml tended to have exocrine dysfunction. Additionally, patients with low rate of pancreatic acinus and high rate of fatty change in the pancreatic cut-off stump of the resected specimen were high risk group for the exocrine dysfunction. On the other hand, postoperative endocrine function after pancreaticoduodenectomy could not be predicted by the morphological information such as the remnant pancreatic volume and the postoperative pancreatic duct dilatation. | |||||||||||
