| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は， 夫との関係が育児中の母親の心理 （衝動的感情と育児不安） にどのように影響して， 母親の衝動的行動を阻止できるか明らかにし， 母親を支える夫の役割について考えることである． 対象者は研究に賛同し同意が得られた 3～5 歳の園児を持つ母親 504 人で， 測定用具は研究者が作成した 「衝動的感情」 「衝動的行動」 「情緒的サポート」 「道具的サポート」， 再構成した 「育児不安」 を用いた． 結果： 「マイペースの子」 に遭遇して生じる母親の衝動的感情は夫との会話によって， 子どもが 「親の意に反する行動」 をとる場合に生じる母親の衝動的感情は夫の情緒的サポートによって， 僅かに低減される． しかし， それらの衝動的感情は母親の心に育児不安として蓄積する一方で， 育児場面の母親の衝動的行動を誘発していた． 育児不安は良好な夫との関係で低減されるが， 育児ストレスとして循環し， 「しつけ」 場面で生じる衝動的感情に影響を与えていた． 以上から， 育児中の母親は相対的に夫との関係が良好であれば， 心の状態を冷静に保つことができ、 母親の衝動的感情や衝動的行動を僅かに阻止できる可能性がある． このことから育児をする母親を支える夫の役割は， 夫婦の会話を多く持ち， 育児する妻の困難さや大変さに共感し， 妻の心労を思いながら育児や家事の支援を行い， 育児から解放することであると考える． |

| 内容記述 | A study was conducted to clarify how the relationship with the husband influenced the mentality of the mother in child-rearing － to be specific, impulsive feelings and child-rearing anxiety － and how it could prevent the mothers impulsive behaviors. The study further discussed the role of the husband in supporting her. A survey was taken from 504 mothers with children aged between three and five years, we used the following tools, which were created by the author; impulsive feelings, impulsive behaviors, emotional support, instrumental support, and reconstructed child-rearing anxiety. Mothers impulsive feelings aroused while teaching discipline, the results showed, neither have any correlations with the relationship with her husband nor accumulate as child-rearing anxiety. Results: The impulsive feelings triggered by children acting on their own can be reduced slightly by conversations with her husband, The impulsive feelings triggered by childrens behaviors contradicting parents' wishes can be reduced slightly by the husbands emotional support, however, they accumulate as mothers child-rearing anxiety. Meanwhile, it suppresses impulsive feelings only slightly and induces impulsive behaviors. Mothers child-rearing anxiety had been suppressed good relationship with her husband. however, circulates as child rearing stress, and it influenced Mothers impulsive feelings aroused while teaching discipline. The above, it is assumed that the mother can remain calm slightly during child-rearing when she has a good relationship with her husband. Therefore, the roles of the husband in supporting the mother in child-rearing are to have close communication with her, share the difficulties that she experiences in child-rearing, empathize with her, and provide her with help in child-care and household duties so that she can be relieved from the strain of child-rearing. |
