| 内容記述 | 臨床現場にいる看護職者が有する放射線に関する知識の現状と放射線に関する教育背景を把握し， 今後必要とされる取り組みについて考察することを目的として， 無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した． 放射線の胎児への影響に関する知識については， 妊娠経験を有する一般女性と比較する視点で分析・考察した． 276 名の看護職者と 409 名の一般女性の回答より， 以下のことが明らかになった． 1． 「放射線の性質と単位」 「放射線診療 （検査） と被曝線量」 「放射線の影響」 「看護師が被曝する機会」 「看護師のための具体的放射線防護法」 について知っているかどうかを尋ねたところ， 「知らない」 と回答した者は 28.2～77.9％であった． 2． 各種放射線検査が胎児に及ぼす影響に関する回答の正答率は， 「胸部レントゲン検査」 のみで看護職者の方が有意に高かった． 3． 放射線に関する教育の受講経験のある者は 52.6％で， そのうち 8 割強が看護基礎教育においてであった． 4． 受けた教育の教育方法としては講義形式が最も多く， 回答者の 9 割を占めた． 一方， 演習形式の教育を受けた者は 3.4％のみであった． 5． 今後放射線に関する知識が必要であると回答した者は 90.2％， 今後放射線教育を受けたいと回答した者は 76.8％であった． 以上より， 今後， 看護基礎教育において， 臨床実践に直結した， より実際的・具体的内容の放射線に関する教育の実施が必要であることが示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | For the purpose of providing basic facts to radiation education in undergraduate nursing education in the future, an investigation was performed surveying nurses knowledge and educational background related to radiation. The data was gathered, analyzed and partially compared with that collected from women whose occupations were unrelated to radiation. From the responses of 276 nurses and 409 women, the following findings were revealed: \n・For questions regarding whether they were aware of qualities of radiation and their radiation unit, radiation practices （examination） and radiation exposure amounts, effects of radiation, opportunities for radiation exposure concerning nurses and practical radiation protection measures for nurses, negative answers were 28.2～77.9％. ・For the question concerning whether the effect of each type of radiation examination may be harmful to fetuses, the correct answer rate was significantly high among nurses only for chest radiography. ・Among the respondents, 52.6％ have been educated on subjects relating to radiation, among which, 80％ plus have been educated on basic nursing education. ・As for the method of education they received, 90％ of the respondents had taken lecture based courses, and only 3.4％ of them participated in practical training courses. ・Ninety-two percent of the respondents answered that knowledge of radiation was necessary, and 76.8％ of them answered that they wanted to receive education on radiation. \n From the above, it was suggested that radiation education which has more practical and concrete contents, which are directly linked to clinical practices, are required in basic nursing education. |
