| 内容記述 | 三重県 M 地域包括支援センターで実施した介護予防特定高齢者施策の運動機能向上プログラムの結果を分析し、 筋力トレーニングの有効性、 介入が高齢者の生活に及ぼした影響、 そして虚弱高齢者へのより効果的な筋力向上トレーニングの介入方法を分析・検討を行った。 分析はノンパラメトリック検定の Wilcoxon の符号付き順位検定を用いて検討した。 その結果、 1 ． 初回と開始 3 か月後の体力測定を分析すると、 開始 3 か月後の体力測定の平均値が高く、 プログラムが 18 名中 16 名の参加者に有効であり、 筋力の維持・向上に効果があったことが明らかになった。 2 ． 体力測定の項目別に評価すると、 左手握力の結果が最も高く、 チューブトレーニングを用いたプログラムでは、 握力に効果があり、 下肢筋力群を強化することで身体のバランス能力の向上に有効であったことが明らかとなった。 しかし 5ｍ歩行速度には有効ではなく、 効果が認められなかった。 3 ． 変化のステージモデルと自己効力理論を用いてプログラムを評価すると、 運動の成功体験を日常生活で実感することで、 IADL の維持・拡大につながり、 気持ちが前向きになる等の精神的変化を得ることが可能となる。 また日常生活の心身の変化から運動の効果を実感することで、 今後運動習慣を身につけることができ、 行動変容へと移すことが可能となることが明らかとなった。 |

| 内容記述 | A result of the motor function improvement program of the nursing prevention specific senior citizen policy conducted in Mie-ken medium area inclusion support center was analyzed, and the validity of the muscle strength training and intervention method of the influence intervention exerted on senior citizens life and muscle strength improvement training more effective the one to a weak senior citizen were analyzed and it was considered. An analysis was considered using rank test with a sign of Wilcoxon of nonparametric test. The result and 1. They become able to get the mental change which is feelings being to actually feel successful experience of movement to estimate a program by daily life and being tied with maintenance of IADL and expansion, and for becoming positive using a stage model of a change and own effect theory. It was possible to be to realize the effect of the movement from a change in a mind and body of daily life again and put on a movement custom from now on, and to become able to move to the behavioral modification became clear. |
