| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、外来化学療法を受けるがん患者のケアプログラム試案を作成することである。外来化学療法を受けるがん患者の困難や苦悩とニーズに関連した研究文献、外来化学療法とその看護に関連した研究文献、外来化学療法における治療スケジュールに関連した研究文献について調査し、そこから得られたデータを質的帰納的方法で分析し、以下の結果を得た。 1.外来化学療法を受けるがん患者の困難や苦悩は、身体的、精神的、社会的、環境に関する困難や苦悩より構成され、これらに対し12の看護ケアが導き出された。 2.外来化学療法を受けるがん患者のニーズは、身体的、精神的、社会的、環境に関するニードより構成され、これらに対し11の看護ケアが導き出された。 3.外来化学療法看護の実際として25の看護ケアが導き出された。 4.重複した看護ケアを整理し、これらを外来化学療法の治療スケジュールに組み込みケアプログラム試案を作成した。そのプログラム内容は、外来化学療法が決定してから治療当日と次回受診日までの看護ケア15項目、外来化学療法の体制面における看護ケア10項目から構成された。 |

| 内容記述 | A purpose of this study is to develop the tentative care program of cancer out-patients undergoing chemotherapy. We did the literature reviews about difficulty and distress and needs of the cancer out-patients undergoing chemotherapy, and nursing cares toward them, while concerning the treatment schedule in the out-patients chemotherapy. We analyzed the obtained data by using a qualitative inductive method. The results are the following. 1. Difficulty and distress of the out-patients undergoing chemotherapy was related to physical, psychological, social, and environmental states. And 12 nursing cares came out toward difficulty and distress. 2. Needs of the out-patients undergoing chemotherapy were also related to physical, psychological, social, environmental states. And 11 nursing cares came out toward needs. 3. Twenty five nursing cares came out toward the out-patients chemotherapy practice. 4. We arranged the nursing cares in the out-patients chemotherapy schedule for developing the tentative care program. The program consisted of two categories such as 15 chemotherapy nursing cares from the first treatment day to the next consultation day and 10 chemotherapy nursing cares in the system of out-patients department. |
