| 内容記述 | 本研究は，看護師が患者の立場に立って考える思考方法を明らかにすることを目的としている．看護師9名（平均年齢36.7±7.0歳）を対象に半構造化面接を実施した．まず，「患者の立場に立つとはどのようなことか」に対する回答から，【1.自分の視点からの想像】【2.患者の視点からの想像】【3.想像する内容】【4.患者の立場に立つことの要因】の4つのカテゴリーと11のサブカテゴリーが抽出された．また，「間食した糖尿病患者と看護師の対応場面（場面1）」に対する回答から，【5.自分の視点からの想像】【6.想像する内容】【7.患者の立場に立つことの要因】【8.場面の看護師の対応への否定的評価】【9.場面の看護師の対応への肯定的評価】の5つのカテゴリーと11のサブカテゴリーが抽出された．一方，「喉頭腫瘍患者と看護師の対応場面（場面2）」に対する回答から，【10.患者の視点からの想像】【11.患者の立場に立つことの要因】【12.場面の看護師の対応への否定的評価】【13.場面の看護師の対応への肯定的評価】の4つのカテゴリーと5つのサブカテゴリーが抽出された．さらに，患者の立場に立つ看護師の思考の特徴として，一貫して自己視点のみをとる看護師は1名いたが，他者視点のみはおらず，看護師の思考は場面や状況によって使い分けられる可能性が示唆される結果であった． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study was aimed to clarify the nurses ways of thinking in the patients perspective. Semi-structured interviews were held with nine nurses（mean age: 36.7±7.0 years）. Analyses of their answers to the question What does it mean to put yourself in the patients perspective? identified four categories（[1. imagination based on my views], [2. imagination based on the patients views], [3. the contents of imagination], and [4. factors for putting myself in the patients perspective]）along with 11 subcategories. Likewise, their responses to the scene of a nurse responding to a diabetic patient who ate a snack between meals（Scene 1）gave rise to five categories（[5. imagination based on my views], [6. the contents of imagination], [7. factors for putting myself in the patients perspective], [8. the positive evaluation for the nurses response], and [9. the negative evaluation for the nurses response]）with 11 subcategories. On the other hand, their responses to the scene of a nurse treating a patient with a laryngeal tumor resulted in four categories（[10. imagination based on the patients views], [11. factors for putting myself in the patients perspective], [12. the positive evaluation for the nurses response], and [13. the negative evaluation for the nurses response]）with five subcategories. In addition, the nurses ways of thinking were grouped into two types, namely the personal view-based, patients view-based types, but no characteristic the nurses ways of thinking were identified. | |||||||||
