| 内容記述 | 本研究の成果は二つに大別される。一つは、量子力学と熱力学の構造的類似性・相違性に基づき、Carnotサイクルの量子力学的類似物を構築し、その種々の物理的性質を明らかにしたことである。もう一つは、非ユニタリー完全正値演算を用いて熱力学的プロセスを記述し、Clausiusの不等式が破れ得る可能性に対して新しい視点を見出したことである。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The results obtained in this research project are classified into two categories. One was to clarify the physical properties of the quantum-mechanical analog of the Carnot cycle constructed based on the structural similarity/dissimilarity between quantum mechanics and thermodynamics. The other was to find a new case in which the Clausius inequality may be challenged, by describing thermodynamic processes in terms of non-unitary completely-positive quantum operations. | |||||||||
