| 内容記述 | 本研究は、帝王切開分娩後の女性の産後3ヶ月の出産による心的外傷後ストレス症状に影響する要因を明らかにすることを目的に実施した。本研究の結果、産後3ヶ月の出産による心的外傷後ストレス症状を強めた要因は、産後1ヶ月の出産の外傷体験の知覚、出産のストレスのある出来事の知覚であった。 また、産後1ヶ月の心的外傷後ストレス障害ハイリスク、産後うつ病ハイリスクの女性は、出産による心的外傷後ストレス症状が高かった。さらに、産後1ヶ月・3ヶ月の出産に対する主観的ストレスや産後うつ症状が強い女性は、出産による心的外傷後ストレス症状が高かった。これらの女性の心理的サポートの必要性が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | This study aimed examine of factors associated to postnatal posttraumatic stress symptoms related to childbirth among women had caesarean section at three months after childbirth. The factors found to be associated with postnatal posttraumatic stress symptoms related to childbirth at three months after childbirth were the perception of childbirth as a posttraumatic stress experience and a stressful event at one month after childbirth, and the presence of subjective stress for childbirth. The high risks women of posttraumatic stress disorder and postnatal depression at one month after childbirth had childbirth-related posttraumatic stress symptoms. Moreover, women had stronger subjective stress for childbirth and postnatal depression had stronger posttraumatic stress symptoms related to childbirth. Therefore, midwives and nurses must carefully mental care for women had stronger postnatal posttraumatic symptoms related childbirth at one month after caesarean section. | |||||||||||||||||
