| 内容記述 | 本研究は低体温療法中に生じる感染症に焦点をあて、低体温下に生じる感染症の実態を把握し、有効かつ現実的な早期感染症診断マーカーの確立と治療介入の必要性を検証することを目的とした。個々の症例を集積する中で、これらの感染症に生じる血液凝固障害が明らかとなり、低体温管理下においては凝固障害が生じやすく、これは併発する感染症により増悪することが示唆された。また、これらに加えて集中治療室内での特殊な感染症について個々に検証し、報告した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This project focused on infections occurred during hypothermia therapy and studied with a view toward to obtain more information regarding "hypothermia-induced infections". In addition, we aimed to establish effective and realistic diagnostic markers that reflect infections during hypothermia therapy. During the study period, we revealed that patients with hypothermia therapy was susceptible to complications, especially with coagulopathy. Moreover, such coagulopathy deteriorate with secondary infection. In addition, we reported unique infections treated in our intensive care unit. | |||||||||||
