精油を用いたハンドマッサージを精神看護における看護技術としていく可能性と課題を検討した。用意に施術を行えるように簡略化した手技を開発した。この手技を用いて、病棟にて看護実践を実施した。その結果、有意に気分を改善し、副交感神経優位の状態を得られた。看護師に対するインタビューでは、看護師ー患者関係の改善、患者の不安軽減の効果が実感されていた。一方で、一定の時間と場所の確保と効果の啓蒙が課題である。 |

We examined the possibility and problems of hand massage using essential oils as a nursing technique in mental nursing. we have developed a simplified procedure so that the procedure can be performed easily. Nursing practice was carried out in the ward using this technique. As a result, the mood was significantly improved and the parasympathetic nerve was dominant. In interviews with nurses, the effects of improving the nurse-patient relationship and reducing patient anxiety were realized. On the other hand, securing a certain time and place and enlightening the effect are issues. |
