| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、乳房再建術を受けた乳がん患者が抱える療養上の問題の抽出、再建方法ごとの患者のサポートニーズの明確化、サポートニーズの経時的変化を明らかにすることである。研究開始の初年度に、海外の文献を中心に検討し、概要や傾向を検討した。その結果、乳房再建の術式に関わらず、殆どの対象が再建された乳房に関して、大きな府馬也サポートニーズを持たずに経過していることがわかった。昨年度までの研究で、本研究計画の申請時、腹直筋皮弁法の手術を受けた患者を対象者に含めて調整した。調整中に新型コロナウィルス感染の影響のため中断した。新型コロナウィルス感染がおさまったら、対象を再検討した後、再開予定とする。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to identify the medical problems of breast cancer patients undergoing breast reconstruction, clarify the support needs of patients by reconstruction method, and clarify changes in support needs over time. First of all, I focused on overseas literature, and examined the outline and trends. As a result, it was found that, regardless of the breast reconstruction technique, most of the subjects have passed the reconstructed breast without major dissatisfaction or support needs. In the studies up to last year, patients who underwent rectus abdominis flap surgery at the time of application for this study plan were adjusted to include the subjects. During the adjustment, it was interrupted due to the influence of COVID-19. After COVID-19 has settled down, re-examine. | |||||||||||
