本研究は、保健医療福祉職と一般市民を対象に、アドバンス・ケア・プランニング（ACP）を動機づけるワークショップ(WS)を行い、WSが家族や大切な人と話し合いにつながるかを、実際に話し合った人の割合、死生観尺度の変化や参加者の気づき等から、質的および量的に検証した。分析対象となった保健医療福祉職91名中42名(46.2％)が話し合いを希望し、実際には30名(71.4％)が話し合いを行った。また、一般市民109名中83名(76.1％)が話し合いを希望し、実際には47名(56.6％)が話し合いを行った。WSはACPを動機づける機会にはなり得るが、「人生会議」に結びつくには障壁があることが窺われた。 |

We held workshops (WSs) to recommend the use of advance care planning (ACP)for medical and health care professionals and the general public. The effectiveness of the WSs was quantitatively and qualitatively verified by the percentage of people who discussed with their families and loved ones how they wanted to spend their final days, changes in the Death Attitude Index, and the participants’ awareness of the WS and ACP. Ninety-one medical and health care professionals were included in the analysis. Of the 42 (46.2%) professionals who requested discussion, 30 (71.4%) held the discussion. Among the general public, 109 people were included in the analysis. Of the 83 (76.1%) people who requested discussion, 47 (56.6%) held the discussion. There are some barriers to conduct the end-of-life care discussion; however, our WSs can be an opportunity to motivate ACP. |
