In this study, we developed post-processing technique that solves the above problems and showed that reduced coronary flow reserve is associated with reduced left ventricular contractility, which is closely related to patient prognosis in patients with DCM. 内容記述 | 拡張型心筋症患者において、心臓MRIから得られる多元的な情報が患者の病態把握や予後の改善に十分生かされているとは言い難い。その理由として、拡張型心筋症患者では心臓MRI撮影時に呼吸停止が困難な場合が多いこと、左室心筋壁が全体に菲薄化しているため画像解析を行う場合に画像間の位置ずれの影響を強くうけること、などがあげられる。本研究では、上記の問題を解決するような画像処理技術を開発し、拡張型心筋症患者において冠血流予備能の低下が左室収縮能の低下に関与し患者予後にも密接に関連することが示された。また、心筋Native T1値が左室リバースリモデリング予測に最も有用な指標であることについても示された。 | |||||
