| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、貿易環境の変化等を背景とし、現時点では流通量が限定的だが、今後流通量が増大した場合のインパクトが大きいと考えられる食品を対象に、消費者の食品需要を解明することである。我が国の消費者を対象とした分析では、外国産米や有機栽培米、機能性成分を有するブドウやトマト、認証制度のある野菜等に対する支払意思額を明らかにした。また、国産食品に対する海外の消費者需要分析では、和牛や緑茶、柑橘を対象とし、海外の消費者の金銭評価を把握した。その上で、貿易環境や消費者需要の変化が我が国の食品生産に与える影響を検討し、我が国の「強い農業」を実現する上で推進すべき農業・食料政策に対する含意を導出した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer demand for food products whose distribution volume is currently limited, but which are expected to have a large impact if the distribution volume increases in the future, due to changes in situations such as the trade environment. We elicited Japanese consumers' willingness to pay for foreign rices, organically grown rice, grapes and tomatoes with functional ingredients, and vegetables with certification systems. We also revealed overseas consumers' monetary evaluation for domestically produced foods, such as wagyu beef, green tea, and citrus fruits. Based on these analyses, we examined the impact of changes in the trade environment and consumer demand on Japan's food production, and derived implications for agricultural and food policies that should be promoted in order to realize "strong agriculture" in Japan. | |||||||||||
