| 内容記述 | 本研究は、外国人ビジネス関係者および日系企業への就職を目指す留学生等を対象とした、日本語教育プログラムおよび教材開発を目指した基礎的研究である。 令和元年度は、研究から得られた成果を学会で発表した。令和２年度は、分析を学術論文にまとめた。令和３年度は、研究成果を基に日本語会話教材の開発を進めた。就業中の円滑なコミュニケーションを意識化するために、それぞれの職場の文脈を踏まえた質問－応答のやりとりを可視化する手法および教材を考案した。そして、一般の企業関係者、教育関係者、市民を対象としたワークショップにおいて、研究成果報告兼開発した教材のモニター調査を行い、その有用性を確認した。 |

| 内容記述 | This research project is aimed at foreign business people and international students who wish to find employment in Japanese companies.We conducted the fundamental research aiming at developing Japanese language education programs and teaching materials. In the first year of Reiwa Era, we presented findings obtained from the research at an academic conference.In the second year of Reiwa Era, we put together an academic paper on the results of our data analyses.In the third year of Reiwa Era, we proceeded with the development of Japanese conversation teaching materials based on the research results.To raise awareness of smooth communication at work, we devised a method and teaching materials to visualize the question-answers exchange based on the context of each workplace.We reported our research results, conducted a monitoring survey using the developed teaching materials, and also confirmed its usefulness at workshops for general business people, educators, and citizens. |
