消化器癌においてWnt signalingに関与すると報告されているflamingo non-coding RNA(FLANC)の発現が大腸癌組織で高発現であり、大腸癌細胞においてFLANCが細胞増殖、腫瘍進展、血管新生、 アポトーシス、転移に関与していることを証明した。大腸癌組織におけるFLANC高発現群では有意に生存予後および無再発予後が不良であった。 |

In this study, we identified the expression level of FLANC was significantly high in CRC tissues compared with adjacent normal mucosa. Furthermore, the high expression group of FLANC showed significantly poor overall survival and disease free survival compared with low expression group. |
