| 内容記述 | 本研究では、胎盤のmTORシグナル伝達に対するタダラフィルの効果を検討した。L-NAME誘発FGRを発症したマウスにタダラフィルを投与したところ、p-mTORの発現は、FGRマウスにおいて、分娩後13日目には有意に低下したが、タダラフィル投与後17日目にはコントロールと同レベルまで回復した。この結果は、mTORシグナル経路の下流で作用する4E-binding protein 1（4E-BP1）およびS6 ribosomal（S6R）蛋白質についても同様であった。マウスのFGRのタダラフィル治療が、胎盤のmTORシグナル伝達を改善し、胎児の成長を促進することを実証した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we investigated the effect of tadalafil on placental mTOR signaling. Tadalafil treatment of mice with L-NAME-induced FGR resulted in a significant decrease in p-mTOR expression in FGR mice on day 13 postpartum, but by day 17 after tadalafil treatment but recovered to the same level as controls by day 17 after tadalafil administration. This result was also true for 4E-binding protein 1 (4E-BP1) and S6 ribosomal (S6R) proteins, which act downstream of the mTOR signaling pathway. We demonstrated that tadalafil treatment of FGR in mice improves placental mTOR signaling and promotes fetal growth. | |||||||||
