| 内容記述 | 本研究は、吉田五十八（1894-1974）が手掛けた住宅作品のうち、現存する13作品を対象として、現在までの保存や継承の経緯を明らかにするものである。図面や文献調査、現地調査、関係者へのインタビュー、さらに明治期以降の土地所有者の履歴調査を通して、①吉田作品における位置付け、②保存・継承の経緯 、③竣工後の改修等の内容を明らかにした。これにより、各吉田作品がもつ「建築的価値」が明確になり、またより幅広い「歴史的価値」が明らかになった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study focuses on 13 existing residential works by Isoya Yoshida (1894-1974) to clarify the history of their preservation and succession up to the present. This study is based on drawings, literature review, field surveys, interviews with related parties, as well as a historical survey of the landowners. As a result, the following information was obtained for each of the 13 works: (1) their position in Yoshida's works, (2) the history of their preservation and succession, and (3) the details of their post-completion renovation. This clarified the "architectural value" of Yoshida's works, as well as their broad "historical value". | |||||||||
