| 内容記述 | パニック症疾患群及び健常者における遺伝子多型データや心理社会的所見に加え、脳機能画像データを加えた形で解析を進めた。パニック症において心理検査で得られた性格・人格特性や脳容積な どの中間表現型の解析によって不安障害の合併において非対称的な遺伝的関与が示唆された。特に合併症（双極性障害、うつ病や広場恐怖症）の有無とセロトニントランスポーター遺伝子多型において特定の人格特性と合併症の有無において特有の遺伝的関与があることが示された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In addition to gene polymorphism analysis and psychosocial tests for panic disorder patients group and healthy subjects, we studied the analyses by adding brain function image data. Analysis of endophenotypes such as personality traits and brain volume obtained by psychological tests in panic disease suggested an asymmetric genetic involvement in the complications of panic disorder. Particularly, the associations of the complications (bipolar disorder, depression and agoraphobia) and genetic factor such as serotonin transporter gene polymorphisms have been shown. | |||||||||
