本研究の目的は運動負荷心エコーを用いて運動時右室-肺動脈カップリングと左心房機能との関連を明らかにし，予後との関連を明らかにすることである．2019年度上旬は予定通り患者を組入れたが，新型コロナウイルス感染症により研究の中断を余儀なくされた．患者の運動時にウイルスの拡散が懸念された点、院内の感染症対策の方針から運動負荷試験が中止となった点，などにより2020年から2022年にかけて患者の組み入れをほとんど行うことができなかった．少ない症例数で予備解析を行い，追加画像解析により運動時右室-肺動脈カップリングと左心房機能との関連を解明できないか検討したが，明確な結論を出すには至らなかった． |

The objective of this study is to elucidate the relationship between exercise-induced right ventricle-pulmonary artery coupling and left atrial function using exercise stress echocardiography, and to clarify its association with prognosis. In the early part of the 2019 fiscal year, patients were scheduled to be enrolled as planned, but the study was inevitably interrupted due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus infection. Concerns about viral spread during exercise in patients and the policy for infection control within the hospital resulted in the cancellation of exercise stress testing. Consequently, it was difficult to enroll patients from 2020 to 2022. Preliminary analysis was conducted with a small number of cases, and the possibility of elucidating the relationship between exercise-induced right ventricle-pulmonary artery coupling and left atrial function through additional image analysis was considered. However, no definitive conclusions could be drawn. |
