| 内容記述 | 緩和ケアシミュレーション教育に関する文献調査を実施し、「看護師のシミュレーション教育に関する日本の研究動向」「臨床看護師に対する緩和ケア教育の日本における研究の動向」「Role-play Education for Healthcare Professionals in Japan: An Investigation of the Trends and Effectiveness」を発表した。 緩和ケアシミュレーションシナリオの開発について、がん看護専門看護師に対してアンケート調査を行った。その結果「がん看護専門看護師が必要と考える2－4年目の看護師に対する終末期・緩和ケア教育」を発表した。 |

| 内容記述 | We conducted a literature review on palliative care simulation education and published "Research Trends in Japan on Simulation Education for Nurses," "Research Trends in Japan on Palliative Care Education for Clinical Nurses," and "Role-play Education for Healthcare Professionals in Japan: An Investigation of the Trends and Effectiveness". A questionnaire survey was conducted among oncology nurse specialists regarding the development of palliative care simulation scenarios. The results of the survey, "End-of-life and Palliative Care Education for Nurses in Years 2-4 as Considered Necessary by Cancer Nurse Specialists," were presented. |
