| 内容記述 | 本研究では，フィンランドのアアルト大学のケーススタディをもとに，2018年の図書館組織の再編後に教員と図書館員が情報リテラシー教育のためにどのように連携しているのかを情報共有と社会ネットワークの観点から解明した。具体的には，(1)教員と図書館員は，各学部や研究科の専門職員やオンライン上のシステムを介して間接的につながり，主に事務的な情報を共有していること，(2)図書館員は情報リテラシー教育を自らの専門知識と経験をもとに実施していること，(3)組織再編によって図書館員は図書館外の多様な専門職員とのつながりを持つようになったが，教員との直接的なつながりはほとんど持たないこと，である。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This project explored collaboration between academics and librarians in information literacy settings from the perspectives of information sharing and social networks based on a case study of Aalto University in Finland following a decentralising restructure in 2018: (1)academics and librarians collaborate indirectly and share basic information mediated by study coordinators and within online networks; (2) librarians design and deliver information literacy instruction based on their own expertise and experiences; and (3) the restructure of the library in2018 formed no cohesive ties between academics and librarians but various new ties were formed between librarians and institutional service sections including units within schools. | |||||||||
